Simple, we do it for you. Choose one of our suggested back designs link or tell us your own ideas and we will do the rest. Once you happy with the general design, send us your names list and we import them for your approval. This is a no-obligation service and we do it for free.
We send samples hoodies for sizing and quality purposes. Again this is a free service. All we ask is that you post them back to us when you’re finished. We can’t send you a printed sample of your customised hoodie but we can send you an image for approval so you will know exactly what your hoodies will look like before you approve your order.
We will continue to send you updated images until you are totally satisfied with the design. You will “approve” the design before we start manufacture.

Of course. Some styles e.g. contrast and zipped cost slightly more, but again we will tell you all that in our quote.
With our free design service and free delivery service there are no hidden extras. We do realise that our customers will often have that extra requirement or special feature that they want included. We charge extra for some of these features such as individual names or nicknames on each hoodie. These options are fully detailed in our pricing. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN EXTRAS!! The price we quote is PER HOODIE and that is the price you pay.
If you require a different name (nickname) printed on each hoodie we can do this for a small extra charge per hoodie. We will need a names list and the size that each student name requires. Our order form does it all. Like everything at LeaversGear we would hope we can greet all such special requests with, “Not a problem”.
No we don’t. We realise that some groups are small and do not require large quantities, so we will produce small orders. So, if your order is for less than 20 we may charge you a token set-up, administration and delivery fee. Again, just ask us for a quote telling us roughly how many hoodies you think will be in your order.
Simply send us a drawing, a photograph, a scribble, anything…as long as it shows us what you want. If you want a simple alteration to one of our existing designs just tell us. If we don’t understand, we’ll contact you. Extra cost? Don’t be silly. If it doesn’t involve extra printing there is no extra charge.
From the time you “complete your order” with us our target time is 28 days. Generally we will deliver well within this time frame but at busy times (May and June) we may need the full 28 days.
To “complete your order” with us you will need to have done the following: • Sent us the your full order requirement • Approved all artwork (we will have sent you this) • Sent us payment
Not a problem. Talk to us at an early stage. Sometimes it’s possible to “fast stream” orders for customers. You will need to supply us with all necessary information as soon as possible. We do need you to keep in constant communication with us for the system to work.
